Oasis Home Loans is looking for selected MFAA accredited
brokers to act as its Brisbane and Toowoomba agents.
Oasis have a large range of existing Queensland clients
who we would like serviced locally by accredited brokers.
To be considered you must be an experienced full time
mortgage broker who offers clients a high level of
customer service.
What would be expected of you
1. To follow up existing Oasis clients and conduct
reviews and provide general local service and support.
2. Act on any new business coming via the main Oasis
client database.
3. To act as Oasis' local agent. You can maintain your
existing business identity if you wish.
What you can expect from Oasis
1. Access to large client database with a view to
providing support to those clients.
2. Extensive range of tools and support services.
3. Oasis branding.
Cost to you
Nil. Having said that you would need to be a member of
MFAA and COSL and join Oasis Aggregation (Non bank
aggregation).
What's in it for you
All income from new business generated from the Oasis
database or from leads provided is on a 50/50 commission
split. Loans can be placed with your existing mainstream
lender panel or with non bank funders through Oasis
Aggregation.
